COLUMBIA, SC (March 8, 2026) – Final results from the 30th Caddie Classic, hosted by The WildeWood Club on March 7-8, 2026.

At the WildeWood Club, Chase Davies of Inman, SC, put together a stellar performance to claim the Boys Division title. He led wire-to-wire, posting a two-day total of three-over-par 147 to win in a two-hole playoff. 

 

Whitt Parker of Columbia, SC and Samuel Booth of Lexington, SC, finished in second place with a strong showing, falling to Davies on the second playoff hole by one stroke.

 

In the Girls 13-19 Division, Callie Lawton of York, SC, took control early and never let up. She posted rounds of 72 and 76, finishing at four-over-par 148 to take home the title.

 

Reese Richardson of Aynor, SC, battled hard to finish in second place at five-over-par 149.

 

With their victories, Mathesius and Lawton have earned the opportunity to tee it up at the 2026 Hootie & the Blowfish Monday After the Masters Tournament in Myrtle Beach. This long-standing event brings together professional golfers, celebrities, and top amateurs for a unique pro-am experience, making it a special reward for these junior champions.

 

The 30th Caddie Classic showcased some of the top junior golfers in the region, with players rising to the occasion under competitive conditions. A special thank you to Carolina Springs Golf Club for hosting this year’s event and supporting junior golf in South Carolina.
