2009 Par 3 Challenge

Champions Carson Young & Austin Langdale with The Golf Center Director Joe Beaman Columbia- On a cloudy day at the Riverside Golf Center, Austin Langdale and Carson Young shot a total of 44, ten under par to capture the 2009 SCJGA Par Three Challenge in the 8-18 age bracket. Langdale was also runner up at the 2009 Caddie Classic. The duo managed to win by three shots over teams Cavanaugh/Chickarello and Bundy/Howell. The Riverside Golf Center was the first Junior Golf Land in South Carolina.

At the Lake Murray Golf Center, the team of Alex and Christopher Finke defended their title in the 8 & up bracket with a score of five under par. Libby and Cam Crawford finished two shots behind in second. Anne Taylor Hough and partner Chandler Case won the 8-12 bracket by one shot over teams Phillips/Frick and Lambert/Sutton.
