Fall Qualifying:

 School is cranking back up- so must be time for the Fall Swing qualifying for the SCJGA. 18 hole players that are not exempt into the Cheraw Fall Challenge and/or the Players Championship will have the opportunity to qualify on September 27 at five sites across the state. Cobbs Glen in Anderson, Newberry CC in Newberry, Cherokee National in Gaffney, Quail Creek in Myrtle Beach, and Paw Paw CC in Bamberg, will host us for this process. Players will have to apply for each event they want to play in and the fee for qualifying is the entry fee into the event proper. If a player fails to qualify for both events, only one fee will be charged. Each site has a number of spots available based on percentages so one site has no better odds than another site. Please don't ask to change sites now, because those percentages are based on those that applied. Good luck!

Just to reiterate: Players trying to qualify for both events and not gaining entry were charged only one $55.00 fee. The Fall Challenge payment will not be processed in this case- all checks have been destroyed for these players. If you made one but not the other or just attempted one event, the fees was fully charged.
