2006 Par Three Challenge |

The Par Three Challenge is back again for 2006. Two courses in the Columbia area will be used for this fun day of golf. Lake Murray Golf Center and The Golf Center will host the teams on Saturday, May 20. For more information ,contact us at 803-732-9311. We had more teams apply than we could get on the golf courses. Our field size was 54 teams with three brackets. Site selection was made based on keeping the brackets together- we realize there may be siblings affected by this process- we simply had no other recourse. Teams were accepted by date of entry and the final spots were filled by applications filed on the 10th of May. Those final spots and alternates were decided by lot. The 8-18 Brackets will compete at The Golf Center The 8-12 Brackets and 8 and Up Brackets will compete at Lake Murray Golf Center Open to juniors and adults who are South Carolina residents ages 8 and up.
Field will be limited to first 54 teams. Entries must be filed on attached form and received by 5:00 p.m. on May 11, 2006. Course assignments will be based on number of entries in each division.
Two 9 hole rounds on Par 3 course. 2-Man Captain’s Choice in three divisions: 8-12 (both players must be between 8 & 12), 8-18 (both players between 8 and 18), and 8 and Up (at least one player must be between 8 and 18 years old). Special “Hole” prizes will be awarded.
