Keith Repeats!
Justin Keith shot a second round 69 to capture medallist honors at The Blade Tournament, hosted by The Thornblade Club in Greer, SC. The South Carolina Junior Golf Association is proud to conduct The Blade presented by Carolina Inks Inc. The Easley native shot a two round total 141, edging out Zach Siefert of Simpsonville by only one shot.

In the boys 13-14 age group, Patrick Cunning of Aiken also fired a second round 69 to win by five strokes over Corey Holliday of Greenwood. Justin Thompson shot a second nine score of 36 for a total tournament score of 74 to take honors in the boys 10-12 division. Boys 8 to 9 year old bracket has Will Ovendon with an impressive victory of 19 shots with a tournament score of even par 72. Kory Thompson shot a second round 81 to win the girls 14 to 18 group. The Columbia native shot a two round total 161, two shots better than Kelly White of Moore. In the 11-13 girls, Summerville native Mallory Hetzell was victorious with a 78. Molly Perkins completed the tournament with a score of 93 to win the girls 8 to 10 age bracket.

Yardage for the boys 15 to 18 was 6574 with a par of 71. Yardage for boys 13 to 14 was 6173 and also played to par of 71. Girls 14 to 18 played a par of 71 over 5583 yards. Boys 10 to 12 and girls 11 to 13 played two nine hole rounds for a total of par 73 and yardage of 5224. Boys 8 to 9 and girls 8 to 10 played nine hole rounds for a total of 4059 and a par of 73.
