Hutchens All Stars Champ!

Will Hutchens (B15-18) of Columbia shot a second round 76 for a two round total 147 to win the 10th Annual SCJGA All Stars. The championship, hosted by the South Carolina Junior Golf Association and Santee National GC, offered team and individual competition in seven different divisions.

Hutchens back nine 37 was just low enough to edge out Jeff Spencer (B15-18) of Columbia who shot a two round total 148. Other close competitors included Matthew Minor (B15-18) of Surfside Beach and Seth Layden (B15-18) of Bamberg.

Mark Anderson (B13-14) of Beaufort was victorious with a two round total 141. Anderson's second round included four birdies, enough to win over Chris McAllister of Seneca who shot a two round total 145.
 
Lorraine Ballerano (G14-18) of Mrytle Beach fired a second round 78 for a two round total 153 to take home the trophy. Ballerano edged out Lauren Smith (G14-18) of Fort Mill by only one stroke.

Other boys division champions include Harrison Moore (B10-12) of Orangeburg with a two round total 72.  Moore birdied the first hole of a sudden death playoff to edge out Allen Koon (B10-12) of Bamberg. Michael Muscatatell (B8-9) of Lake Wylie had a two round total 35 to win.

Other girls division champions were Laura Crawford (G11-13) of Lancaster with a two round total 76 and Molly Perkins (G8-10) of Charleston with a two round total 41.

The SCJGA Columbia chapter captured the boys team competition with a final score of 411.  In the girls division, Hilton Head chapter won the team title with a final score of 159.
